Profiles or changes submitted online after April 30 will be reflected online but not in the conference book.
After May 23, registration will be available onsite only.Companies with 2 full-paying delegates will receive 1 complimentary ticket for a other attendee of that company.
Payment
You will receive an invoice with information on the methods of payment (online, bank transfer) shortly after your registration. The invoice is payable within 15 business days.
To guarantee the early registration discount (deadline April 18) payments must be received by April 30.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing by February 29, to fax number (Fax: + 33 4 26 23 66 16) to receive a refund (minus 100 Euro processing fee). Refunds will be processed after Slidiz.
After February 29, the full registration fee is applicable. However, you may send a replacement from your company.
NB: No-shows will be billed for the full registration fee.
