THE 5 STEPS TO SUCCESSFUL FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS (F2F)

F2F are held between decision makers making it possible to meet a maximum of representatives in a short span of time and in optimum working conditions. Upon enrolment, the 5 steps will make it possible for the participants to meet the representatives whose interests correspond with theirs.

STEP 1 - PERSONAL PROFILE

Each participant fills in a form allowing them to:

STEP 2 - TECHNICAL CATALOGUE OF PARTICIPANTS

A catalogue containing the personal profiles of all the registered representatives is sent to each participant a few days before the event.

STEP 3 - PRIVATE CONVERSATION REQUEST

Each participant makes a selection of the representatives they wish to meet from the technical catalogue for a 30 minutes private conversation.

STEP 4 - PERSONAL AGENDA

A personal AGENDA, taking into account the requests and priorities of each participant is planned by Slidiz organisators. It is forwarded to the interested parties in advance.

STEP 5 - SLIDIZ 2OO8

Slidiz 2008, is the framework in which the private conversations are held. The representatives meet each other at the time and table indicated in their personal agenda.

THE ADVANTAGES

The participants themselves, choose to converse with the representatives whose interests coincide with theirs. An equilibrium between the supply and demand of each representative is thus reached.

Time wasted in transport for individual contacts is minimal as a number of potential contacts are all brought together for the occasion. Within a traditional framework, it would take them several days even weeks of travel and work to obtain the same result.
